We are open, honest, respectful and diplomatic in our dealings with our clients the Government, tangata whenua, co-workers, and stakeholders. We practice zero tolerance to crime at all times. 

PILLAR 3: Patience

We endeavour to be patient in all our dealings with each other, our clients, our stakeholders and ourselves. Patience is the capacity to bear pain or trials calmly and without complaint and not be hasty or impetuous. 

PILLAR 4: Persistence

Despite challenges, the team persist in working toward the goals included in the wraparound plan of our clients until the team reaches agreement that a formal wraparound process is no longer required. 

PILLAR 5: Partnership

We work in close partnership  with Government, tangata whenua, and other community providers to deliver better outcomes for clients and value for money for services provided. 

PILLAR 6: Participation

Staff, volunteers, clients, Government, tangata whenua and our stakeholders participate in the design and delivery of our services.

We strive constantly to provide effective and efficient services of the highest standard. 

PILLAR 8: Personal Responsibility

We are accountable for our actions and endeavour to make right any wrongs. We do not make promises we cannot keep.
