Support Our Mahi
Across Aotearoa, thousands of tamariki (children) are growing up with a parent in prison, often facing stigma, isolation, and limited opportunity. Every donation, act of support, and conversation helps uplift tamariki and whānau, through visibility and connection.
With you by our side, we can break the cycle of intergenerational offending and walk alongside tamariki toward positive futures.

Donate
Your gift supports one of the most vulnerable populations. One-time or regular donations help us connect tamariki with trusted volunteer mentors, deliver whānau with wraparound support, amplify youth voices in advocating for change, and grow our services to communities that need it most.
If you would like to donate directly into our bank account, please email accounts@pillars.org.nz.

Become a Mentor
There are tamariki waiting right now for someone just like you. Your role is simple yet powerful: be a consistent, trusted adult in their life and spend time together doing activities you both enjoy! You’ll meet with your mentee once a fortnight, supported every step of the way by our dedicated team.
It’s one of the most meaningful (and fun) commitments you’ll ever make.

Share Our Kōrero
You can help grow awareness and invite others into the kaupapa. Here’s how:
- Host a presentation about our work or volunteer mentoring at your workplace, school or community group.

- Share our mahi on your socials and with your community

Become a Regular Giver
Join a growing community of regular givers helping tamariki access the consistent support they deserve. Your recurring gift ensures wraparound support through mentorship, parenting support, advocacy and more.
Most importantly, your regular gift allows us to scale and grow our services to serve more families across Aotearoa.
